My is case is somehow similar about the status... my husband (USC) filed an I-130 in the middle of December 2020, He received the NOA until a week ago but with date Jan 4 and a IOE receipt number, I checked yesterday and the status just changed to “My case is being actively reviewed by USCIS” Jan 27 Hopefully it’s going to be fast for both :) IOE receipt number ( National Benefit Center) Haha this popped up on my phone and I saw the uscis symbol and thought it was from case tracker app! Mine is in active review as of a day ago. Changed to that immediately after I did biometrics. Fingers crossed there will be progress soon.
